Definition
In today’s lessons, I am going to teach you all about future indefinite tense in the Urdu Language. I have already added a video lesson below the same post so that you can understand much better. Let’s get started. In this tense, we learn all about those actions we do in the future. The doer can be a person or an animal.

1- Helping Verbs for This Tense
We always us helping verb “will” or “shall” before the main verb. “shall” always comes with “I” and “we” and “will” come with rest of nouns and pronoun.
2- The verb for This Tense
We use the first form of the verb after a helping verb like this; I shall g. She will go etc.
Formula = Sub + will/shall + 1st form + object
3- Affirmative, Negative and Interrogative Future Indefinite Sentences
1- Affirmative Sentences
Affirmative sentences mean simple sentence and statement.
Examples
- I shall go to school by bus.
- We shall buy a new house.
- They will play cricket on Friday.
- Ahmed will do his homework.
- She will share her book with her friend.
2- Negative Sentence
We always put “not” between the verb and helping verb to make a negative sentence.
Formula = Sub + will/shall + not + 1st form + object.
Examples
- I shall not go to school by bus.
- We shall not buy a new house.
- They will not play cricket on Friday.
- Ahmed will not do his homework on time.
- She will not share her book with her friend.
3- Interrogative Sentences
Will or shall come at the beginning of a sentence and the sentences end with a question maker.
Formula = Will/Shall + subject + verb + object +?
Examples
- Shall I go to school by bus?
- Shall we buy a new house?
- Will they play cricket on Friday?
- Will Ahmed do his homework on time?
- Will she share her book with her friend?
